This chip will eventually be required by your printer.  Our test printer required a new chip after printing 6K pages.  Up until this point you can print and do your refills just fine - you just have to use the bypass procedures given with the refill instructions for the "refill kit".  After replacing the chip on the OEM toner cartridge with this chip you will be able to continue printing. They are specific the the cartridge colors so please order as such.

They are easy to replace.  You just remove one screw and remove the old and install the replacement.  One thing to note - you need an extremely small screwdriver to remove the screw.

There are no refunds or replacement given on these chips.  They are all tested before shipping to make sure they work.
